Always Striving To Be Better
At The Wellington, we always welcome reviews and feedback. Each year, we strive to improve our customer experience and we can only do this if we obtain feedback from our guests and other reviewers.
We are formally assessed each year by both the AA Travel Services and Visit Britain. We are also regularly reviewed by travel writers, newspapers and magazines. However, it is the feedback from individual guests that is the most important. Whether we have done well or need to improve, it is really helpful for us to know.
Please therefore let our staff know how your visit to The Wellington went. Occasionally, things do go wrong and we would much rather that you told us straightaway so we can do something about it. In the same way, it is always nice for the staff to know when we have done well. Feedback forms are readily available in the hotel, whether you are staying or just coming in to eat or drink.
We also monitor all internet review sites and encourage customers to leave reviews on sites such as Booking.com or Tripadvisor.com.
