NEW FOR 2013 - THE WELLINGTON HOTEL COOKERY SCHOOL
Head Chef, Stephen Marsh, will give you an insight into the kitchen at The Wellington while you learn a few tricks of the trade.
- Groups of 1 to 6 people - try an afternoon taster session with Steve, lasting about 3 hours, where you will learn to bake bread and scones as well as create a local fish dish. Cost £60 per person to include your own apron and a "goodie" bag.
- Especially for you - if there is something that you really want to learn about, let us know. Steve can put together a package for you and your friends, colleagues or family. This can be for an afternoon or for several days.
- Seasonal favourites - as we approach those times of the year when the pressure on the household cook rises, maybe you could use some advice and guidance. We will be looking to run sessions before Easter, Christmas and other special occassions.
Courses run Tuesday to Sunday and are open to all ages, including children. Simply give us a call or email us to book a session. More details can be found at The Cookery School page on the Waterloo Restaurant site.
FOLK SINGERS NIGHT

The first Monday of every month starting at 8.00pm
Come and enter a team - maximum team of 4 with a £2.00 donation per player to the charity of the evening. Prizes for the winning team. Regular "Curry and a pint" offers.
Boscastle is located in one of the best and most beautiful walking districts in the country. The Wellington Hotel is surrounded by National Trust coastline through which the famous Cornish coastal path runs. Walkers, their muddy boots and their dogs are welcome at the Wellington.
