Bedroom prices are per room, per night. Rates are inclusive of accommodation, breakfast and VAT. Minimum 2 night stay. Restrictions apply on all Saturday evenings and on New Year’s Eve.
You will need to provide your credit or debit card details to secure your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Electron to secure a reservation.
Please note that full payment for your reservation will be taken 24 hours prior to arrival and check in. This will be debited from the credit/debit card used to secure your initial booking.
We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the property during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
If you think that there is a mistake in your reservation or if you require any changes to a confirmed reservation, please contact us to discuss.
There is free parking on-site at The Wellington for visitors.
We do not have any EV charging points but you can find out more info here.
You can check in anytime from 3pm, please collect your key from the bar. If you are arriving later than 10pm, please let us know in advance.
We ask that you vacate the room by 11am on the day of departure.
All of our rooms have the following - shampoo, shower gel and a bar of soap, hairdryer, a selection of herbal and breakfast teas, decaf and caffeinated coffee, hot chocolate, UHT milk, a flat screen TV, and access to free WiFi.
Every room has an en-suite with a shower, but not all have a bath. Please contact our reservations team to confirm. There is air conditioning in all of our rooms.
Some of our bedrooms are large enough to accommodate z-beds and cots which you are welcome to hire from us or bring your own. These additional beds are for children only.
Additional occupants aged 3 - 15 years are charged 25% of the double room rate. Family suites are charged per night up to the maximum stated occupancy.
We welcome well behaved dogs into a few, specially selected, rooms at an additional charge of £15 per night, per dog. Your dog is allowed with you in all areas of the The Wellington except the main restaurant.
If you are booking your room online please mention you are bringing a dog/s in the booking notes.

Residents are welcome to dine with us, we serve both lunch and dinner daily. We recommend booking to avoid disappointment.
High chairs and children's menu are available. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements or allergens.

Please note, rooms are located across several stories - as a Grade II listed building, we are unfortunately limited on improvements including installing a lift. If you are unsure please give us a call and we would be happy to advise.
