Bedroom prices are per room, per night. Rates are inclusive of accommodation and VAT. Minimum 2-night stay. Restrictions apply on all Saturday evenings and on New Year’s Eve.
You will need to provide your credit or debit card details to secure your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Electron to secure a reservation.
Please note that full payment for your reservation will be taken between 48 hours prior to arrival and check-in. This will be debited from the credit/debit card used to secure your initial booking.
We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the property during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
If you think that there is a mistake in your reservation or if you require any changes to a confirmed reservation, please contact us to discuss.
There is ample free parking on-site at The Wellington for visitors.
We do not have any EV charging points but you can find out more info here about the closest to us.
All our rooms are complete with luxury toiletries, tea and coffee-making facilities, free WiFi and a hairdryer.
Please note, there is no air conditioning in the rooms.
We welcome well-behaved dogs into a few, specially selected, rooms at an additional charge of £15 per night, per dog. If you are looking at bringing your dog with you please give us a call to ensure you are allocated the correct room.
We ask that dogs are not left on their own in the rooms. Your dog is allowed with you in all areas of The Wellington except the main restaurant.
Included in this additional rate you will find our 'Proper Dog' hamper complete with tennis ball, Forthglade treats, biodegradable poo-bags, a can of our 'Proper Dog' pooch-friendly beer and Proper Job beer for you to take away with you.

There is WiFi available throughout The Wellington. Simply complete our sign-in form and you'll have access to the internet.
Please note, this is not suited to extensive streaming or heavy downloads/uploads.
Check-in is from 3pm, please let us know in advance if you'll be arriving later than 1pm. We ask guests to check out by 11am on the day of departure.
The main bar and restaurant offer lunch and dinner. The team will be happy to reserve a table for you, just let them know. Explore our full menu here.
Some of our bedrooms are large enough to accommodate z-beds and cots which you are welcome to hire from us or bring your own. These additional beds are for children only.
Additional occupants aged 3+ years are charged 25% of the double room rate.
Please note, our rooms are located across several stories - as a Grade II listed building, we are unfortunately limited on improvements including installing a lift. If you would like to book a room please give us a call, we would be happy to advise.
Although we will try to accommodate special requests, all rooms are subject to availability.
If you have booked through a third-party travel agent please refer to the agent's specific cancellation terms. We do not pay commission on reservations to third parties without a prior formal agreement.
